Job summary

Antica Terra is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, modernize systems, and improve reporting. This hands-on leadership role oversees close, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, and opportunities to automate processes.

You will collaborate with production, hospitality, and sales teams to turn financial data into strategic insights, while maintaining strong financial controls and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required with 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading month-end close and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and variances.
• Develop management reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Partner with across operations to improve data accuracy and controls.
• Coordinate audits and tax compliance.
