Nth Generation Computing, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead core accounting processes, financial analysis, and internal controls. You will provide business insights to support strategic decisions while driving AI-enabled productivity enhancements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accurate financial reporting, and scalable processes, with potential for remote schedule flexibility as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree and/or CPA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience.
• 3+ years in a senior accountant, accounting manager, finance manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills preferred.
• Experience in IT industry, preferably VAR, technology reseller, MSP, distribution, or SaaS.
• Experience with revenue recognition, vendor rebate programs, and gross margin analysis.
• Power BI, AI platforms, ERP, and BI experience.
• Experience working with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages month-end and year-end close activities with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepares and approves journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Ensures proper revenue recognition, COGS, rebates, incentives, and vendor programs treatment.
• Maintains internal controls and accounting policies for audit/compliance.
• Acts as primary contact for auditors and tax advisors.
