Job summary

International in Lisle, Illinois offers a 12-week paid Finance & Accounting Internship designed to provide real-world business experience alongside finance leaders.

Interns will rotate through financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and process improvement while exploring AI tools to drive efficiency. Senior interns may interview for the Leadership Development Program. Rolling interviews begin in September; positions filled until closed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Sophomore standing required at the time of application.
• Able to commit to at least 12 weeks (end of May to August).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Previous internships in finance or accounting are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis by gathering data, preparing reports, and identifying trends.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes with data collection and analysis.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with vendor communications and billing.
• Assist with internal audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to understand financial impact.
• Build relationships with interns and professionals for ongoing development.
