Job summary

The 12-week paid program covers financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and automation, with exposure to AI tools to drive efficiency.

Rolling interviews begin in September; top interns may interview for the full-time FALD

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Sophomore standing at the time of application.
• Able to work at least 12 weeks (end of May/early June through August).
• Previous applicable internships.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and follow-through.
• Proven teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Critical thinking with ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Interest in exploring AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: support data gathering, reports, and trend identification.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: assist budgeting and forecasting for projections.
• Financial Reporting: participate in statements and management reports.
• Financial Record‑keeping: assist in journal entries and reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: assist invoice processing and billing.
• Internal Audit Support: help with audit preparations and documentation.
• Compliance & Regulation: understand and assist with regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with procurement, sales, and ops.
• Relationship Building: network with interns and professionals.
• Financial Software & Tools: use financial software and participate in trainings.
• Ad‑hoc Projects: contribute to special finance projects.
