Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.3.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and curiosity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) from June–August 2027.
• Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact finance and accounting projects from scope through final presentation.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
• Develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for insights.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities and influence decisions.
• Present project updates and final recommendations to finance and business leaders.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking.
