Job summary

West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH company, is offering an Accounting & Finance Intern position. You will work with staff on data entry, month-end closings, reconciliations, and gain exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while supporting a vertically integrated construction business.

Pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting, you should have proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be willing to travel and learn in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related degrees.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, month-end closings, and reconciliations.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities.
