Job Duties & Requirements

• Support Sustainability Reporting activities, including quarterly and annual requirements.
• Utilize Halliburton operational field knowledge to assist in calculating annual emissions, conducting audit assurance, and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop methodologies and workpapers.
• Maintain knowledge of and research regulatory changes and trends relevant to environmental sustainability, including GHG emissions, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and upcoming standards like CSRD and ISSB.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in Sustainability Reporting activities, adhering to deadlines and continuously improving processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with SMEs to develop methodologies for key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting obligations.
• Support Halliburton's efforts to educate, communicate, and implement sustainability reporting requirements across the organization.
• Interpret and apply company policies and controls related to Sustainability Reporting.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in office applications and relevant business tools.
• Possess an undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or related fields, with at least five (5) years of experience; an MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
• Candidates with qualifications exceeding minimum requirements will be considered for higher roles based on experience, additional job requirements, and business needs, with opportunities from coordinator to manager levels.
