DaVita is hiring a Revenue Manager for our Payor Escalations - Analytics & Strategy team within Revenue Operations (ROPS), known as Team Spotlight.

This position is responsible for the operational oversight of contracted payor escalations (settlements, legal escalations, supporting contract negotiations, etc.) and the associated analytics and strategy to drive these escalations to resolution. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation in problem solving long outstanding issues, has an interest in analytics, and can build strong relationships with teams in and out of ROPS.

This individual will manage large escalations and projects within ROPS, our Legal and Contracting partners, and with external insurance companies.The focus on the team is geared towards resolving our most complex and largest claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels, and collaborating to find resolution to prevent the issue from happening again.

Communications will be tailored to differing audiences and there will be frequent opportunities to strategize and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders.In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.

Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life through contract and inflow strategy, and resolution of some of the most complex AR issues. This position reports to a Sr Manager and will lead 1-2 analysts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages large projects with multiple participants and stakeholders

  • Builds high performing teams and develops leaders

Generates Strategic Insights

  • Consistently and independently generates meaningful insights for team and projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in Leadership with direct reports – Required
  • High School Diploma/equivalency – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required
  • Intermediate proficiency in analytics systems (SQL, Netezza, Tableau) – Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,000.00-$121,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. • New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
