Pay Range: The target annual salary for this role is $125,700 - $153,600, with a full range of $97,400 - $181,800. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and education, with additional performance incentives.

Impact You’ll Make: As the Credit Risk Analysis Manager, you will oversee the health of our Auto & Other Secured lending portfolios, using analytics to identify risks and opportunities. Your leadership will ensure strong governance while fostering innovation in credit risk strategies. You will collaborate across departments and help shape our credit risk frameworks, ensuring we provide smarter, member-focused lending experiences.
Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC, or GA. If in WA near Tukwila, you are encouraged to come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Remote work is available for those outside the commute zone, with full engagement support.
Key Responsibilities include reviewing risk management practices, analyzing portfolio performance, performing statistical modeling, refining scorecards, communicating insights, presenting to committees, shaping risk appetite, leading initiatives, mentoring team members, documenting procedures, managing vendor relationships, supporting reporting and audits, and advocating for stakeholders.

Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's in a quantitative or business field, 7+ years in credit risk analytics, proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and strong project management skills. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, experience in auto or secured credit risk, and industry experience.
