Job summary

Eaton’s Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is seeking a Final Punch Technician. The role runs Monday–Friday 6 am–4:30 pm with overtime every other Saturday and an hourly range of $16.50–$18.17. You’ll inspect buildings pre-shipment, perform painting/repairs, and prepare shipments of materials.

Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton in 2025, expanding modular solutions. The position requires a high school diploma, no visa sponsorship, and a 50‑mile radius restriction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Inspect exterior of buildings for defects and ensure correct installation of exterior components.
• Inspect interior of buildings for defects including checking for loose bolts, screws, paint, and finishes.
• Arrange for defects or damage to be repaired including aggregate, door hardware, paint, waveguides, and air-conditioners.
• Clean all surfaces of interior and exteriors of the building.
• Ensure the overall appearance of the building is presentable for the customer prior to shipment.
