Eaton Corporation is seeking a Quality Technician to join the Fibrebond team in Minden, LA. The role involves inspecting production processes to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and experience in electrical integration or manufacturing. This position offers competitive hourly rates and requires the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2 electrical integration or equivalent electrical manufacturing experience (2 years).
• Prior quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Electrical certificate or formal electrical training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect production processes and finished units for compliance.
• Document discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Maintain inspection records and support continuous improvement.

Connaissances

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work safely in a team-based environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Formation

High school diploma or GED equivalent
