Eaton Fibrebond, part of Eaton's Electrical Sector, seeks a Lead Project Manager for the Fibrebond engineering team at the Minden, LA campus. You will own multiple project streams from sale to delivery, serving as the single in-house customer contact and driving execution from design through initiation and closeout.

Relocation assistance is available; salary ranges from $97,000 to $143,000 per year, with eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of experience in engineering, or project management, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, and customer specifications.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with the customer and their representatives.
• Ensures project flows are smooth and tracks changes in scope and change orders.
• Assists Engineering in design to meet customer expectations and estimating requirements.
• Enters project data in ERP and generates status reports for customers.
• Creates long lead BOMs and coordinates with purchasing for materials.
• Schedules projects with production, installation, transportation, and field services.
• Supports Quality Control in inspections and issue resolution.
• Manages project draws, schedules, and warranty requests in ERP.
