Job summary

Eaton's Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is seeking a Construction Assembler to join our production crew. You will read blueprints, cut paneling, and assemble walls and components using hand and power tools to deliver quality products on time.

In this role you will work from engineering drawings, follow strict safety and 5S procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement. Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within 50-mile radius of Minden, LA facility; relocation not offered.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to place carpentry and wall components.
• Assemble wall panels and components using hand and power tools.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S practices.
• Support crew leader and follow instructions to meet schedules.
