Job summary

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, is seeking a Pre-cast Concrete Technician in Minden, LA to assemble, cast, finish, and install precast panels and components for modular buildings. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The core hours average 54 per week from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime every other Saturday from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, cast, finish, and install precast concrete panels and components per blueprints.
• Work with concrete, molds, precast forms, and structural components using hand tools and equipment.
• Operate carousel systems and material‑handling equipment to move casting pallets.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and assist with additional duties as assigned.
