GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for Final Mile in Hebron Estates, KY. You will lead dispatchers, manage daily loadouts, and oversee driver communications, ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related final mile, warehouse, or distribution center experience.
• Lead/dispatcher/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with independent contractors or third-party carriers preferred.
• Experience with dispatch/routing software (DispatchTrack) preferred.
• Proficient PC skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for hiring and managing the dispatcher role.
• Supervisory duties and input in employment decisions, such as hiring and coaching.
• Oversee accurate daily loadout, staging freight, verifying manifests, and on-time dispatch.
• Manage daily stand-up with independent contractors and communicate routes and safety topics.
• Dispatch operations, tracking routes, and escalation of exceptions.
• First-line response to client issues; escalate when required.
• Oversee contractor end-of-day check-in and paperwork reconciliation.
• Maintain records in delivery management platforms (e.g., DispatchTrack).
• Ensure continuity of dock, dispatch, and customer service in absence of managers.
• Enforce safety, policies, and service standards.
