Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Final Mile Manager to lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships across designated hubs, ensuring delivery deadlines and brand-right experiences. The role requires strategic focus, a strong on-site presence, and collaboration with stores, drivers, and management to drive performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; College Degree preferred.
• Must have 3-5 years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Dedication to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary: Typical 6 am start times and includes use of personal vehicle for ride-behinds and store visits

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor key metrics: cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams/3PL provider management.
• Work with 3PL Provider Management to identify improvements and share best practices across locations.
