Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service Inc. in Pelham, Alabama is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Manager with Final Mile delivery experience to lead our logistics terminal.

You will oversee 100% of terminal operations, including driver management, P&L, customer interactions, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, with support from a Regional Director. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years terminal management or related logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate terminal staff including supervisors and admin.
• Oversee loading, inventory, equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement protocols.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Manage resources and operating expenses to meet budgets.
• Generate KPI reports for senior management.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
