Job summary

Arhaus in California is seeking a Final Mile Manager to lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships, ensuring SOP adherence and on-time deliveries across designated hubs. You will monitor cost per stop, cycle times, and customer satisfaction, participate in loadouts, support store transfers, and drive improvements with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma; College Degree preferred.
3–5 years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
Flexibility with start times; travel to hubs as needed.
Able to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Monitor metrics: cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery, returns and customer satisfaction.
Attend morning loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams/3PL provider management.
Support local store management and assist with store transfers.
Identify areas for improvement and share best practices among locations and teams.
Complete 3PL invoicing approval for billing accuracy.
