Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a Dispatch Operations Coordinator to support our Final Mile Delivery division. This hourly, full-time role offers weekly pay at $19.50 per hour and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have dispatching/driver support experience and strong customer service and data-entry skills. Responsibilities include confirming pre-delivery details, monitoring COIs, providing real-time route support, scheduling deliveries,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years administrative and clerical support experience required.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or last mile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-delivery confirmations.
• Monitor contractor COIs.
• Provide real-time route support for drivers.
• Schedule deliveries.
• Provide support to retail clients and end users.
• Support end-of-day logistics operations and driver check-in.
• Log data accurately and maintain records/billing.
