Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years experience with DOT and driver routing.
• Experience in logistics/transport preferred.
• Knowledge of dispatch software and warehouse systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatchers and answer questions during shift.
• Address customer issues and provide resolutions.
• Backfill for dispatchers as needed.
• Ensure daily forms are completed accurately.
• Provide training for new hires.
• Monitor productivity and escalate when goals unmet.
• Send progress reports to dispatch and customer.
