• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead dispatcher to guide and answer questions during the shift.
• Address customer issues and provide resolutions within the scope of work.
• Backfill for dispatchers when needed and train new hires.
• Monitor productivity and advise management when goals are not met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
