Job summary

Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive direct sales for the Final Control portfolio with key accounts. You will manage technical and commercial support, build trusted advisor relationships, and expand our solutions within target markets.

You will identify CSFs and KPIs, develop account plans, and engage cross-functionally to maximize value. Strong communication and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in industrial/mechanical products and services.
• Strong account management experience and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of the Novaspect valve product and services portfolio for key accounts.
• Manage technical/engineering and commercial support for key accounts.
• Identify and maintain relationships with sponsors and power sponsors influencing decisions.
• Develop account plans, sales strategies, and project justifications with sponsors.
