Job summary

Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, seeks a Sales Representative for the Final Control team in Indiana. You will direct sales of valve products to key accounts and provide both technical and commercial support, becoming a trusted advisor to customers.

You will identify sponsors, develop account plans, and collaborate with teams to drive growth, while documenting outcomes and striving for targets with motivation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in industrial/mechanical products and services.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Account management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving orientation.
• Capacity to work in a dynamic, technical, customer-oriented culture.
• Desire for continual training and education.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of Novaspect valve products to key accounts.
• Provide technical and commercial support for key accounts.
• Identify and maintain relationships with sponsors and final decision makers.
• Develop account plans using CSF, KPI, and initiatives to justify projects.
• Engage in team sales efforts for all Novaspect products and services.
• Document quantified business results with sponsors and power sponsors.
