Job summary

Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Representative for our Final Control team in the United States. You will manage key accounts, drive direct sales of our valve portfolio, and grow relationships with sponsors and decision-makers.

The role requires deep product knowledge of Fisher control valves and related offerings, strong communication, and a commitment to ongoing training in a dynamic, technical environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in industrial/mechanical products and services.
• Account management experience.
• Results-driven personality.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Desire for continual training and education.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of the Novaspect valve products and services portfolio for key accounts.
• Provide technical/engineering and commercial support for key accounts.
• Engage in team sales efforts for all Novaspect products and services for key accounts.
• Identify CSFs, KPI and initiatives; develop account plans and sales strategies.
• Document quantifiable business results with sponsors and power sponsors.
