Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Team Leader for Final Assembly on 1st shift. The role pays $23.77 per hour and includes eligibility for a variable incentive program. You will lead by example to drive safety, quality, and productivity across the team in Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, and coordinating with supervisors, ensuring 5S and Lean practices, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
