Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Team Leader for Final Assembly on 1st Shift in Greenwood, SC. The role requires guiding a production team toward safety, quality, and delivery targets while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

The position offers a base hourly rate of $23.77 with a variable incentive program and opportunity to influence daily operations through leadership and lean practices. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship now or in future).
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.
• Active-Duty Military Service members exempt from area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to meet safety, quality, and production expectations.
• Maintain high quality in assigned areas.
• Provide training and production guidance; ensure 5S at shift start/end.
• Provide daily tactical oversight to achieve production goals.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings to share results when supervisor is unavailable.
• Promote a culture of quality and teamwork.
• Drive a forklift when needed.
