Eaton is seeking a Team Lead (Assembly) for the 3rd shift at 415 Puckett Ferry Road in Greenwood, SC. The role oversees assembly line teams, coordinates schedules, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.

The position includes a $1.00 per hour shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Responsibilities include sustaining 5S+ in responsible areas, training new workers, and monitoring production metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel and production activities of the assembly process and schedule to meet customer requirements.
• Direct team and coordinate hand-offs between shifts to ensure smooth completion of work.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage, and ensure 5S+ in all areas.
• Train new workers on procedures and safety; monitor quality and efficiency.
