Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse portfolio with increasing client responsibility.
• Review and monitor performance of accounts for ROE and credit quality.
• Provide deal structuring expertise and negotiate transactions.
• Lead due diligence and credit analysis on client relationships.
