Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the single point of contact for workshops, promoting the full Bosch portfolio of diagnostic equipment, parts, tools, and services. You will drive loyalty, educate customers, and coordinate field campaigns across the U.S.

and Canada. This role requires 3–5 years of automotive aftermarket sales experience, a technical understanding of workshop gear, a valid driver's license, and willingness to extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with independent repair shops and targeted accounts through in-person field visits.
• Represent Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as the local field contact for workshops and promote the full product portfolio.
• Identify and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects and drive loyalty program participation.
• Educate workshops on Bosch product coverage, quality, availability, and purchasing pathways.
• Capture visit details, opportunities, and feedback in Bosch systems; provide market intelligence.
