Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Sales Representative to be the single point of contact for workshops in the U.S. The role focuses on promoting the full Bosch MA portfolio, increasing loyalty, driving parts pull, and delivering training programs.

You will conduct field visits, represent the Bosch brand to workshop owners, and collaborate with distributors to meet territory objectives. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively in North America.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits with independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and identify needs.
• Represent Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as the local field contact for workshops and communicate value of products and services.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects and boost loyalty programs participation.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on Bosch product coverage, availability, and purchasing paths.
• Support field campaigns, distributor events, product demonstrations, and training opportunities.
• Capture accurate visit data and follow-up actions in Bosch systems.
