Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel extensively within the territory and across North America for training and events.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM/reporting systems, mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits with independent repair shops and accounts to build relationships and drive growth.
• Represent Bosch as the local field contact for workshops, reinforcing brand value and program benefits.
• Identify and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects; increase participation in loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on product coverage, availability, and purchasing pathways.
• Support field campaigns, events, training opportunities, product demonstrations, and market-development initiatives.
• Capture accurate visit details in Bosch systems and reporting tools.
• Provide market intelligence from the field on competitive activity and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support territory objectives.
• Maintain disciplined territory routine with route planning and timely follow-up.
