Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the single point of contact for workshops, promoting the full product portfolio and driving loyalty. You will conduct field visits, train partners, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve territory objectives.

Travel across the U.S. and Canada is required; base salary falls within the noted range and Bosch offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required; extensive travel within the assigned territory and across the U.S. and/or Canada for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits with independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and identify needs.
• Represent Bosch as the local field contact for workshops, communicating program benefits and available parts, tools, and services.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard Workshop Partner prospects while promoting loyalty programs and ongoing account support.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on Bosch product coverage, availability, and purchasing pathways.
• Coordinate field campaigns, training opportunities, product demonstrations, and distributor events.
