Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow our workshop relationships across the North American market. You will promote the full Bosch product portfolio, including diagnostic equipment, services, and training, while driving loyalty programs and parts pull.

Expect extensive travel and collaboration with distributors and internal teams. Your role focuses on increasing workshop loyalty, promoting solutions, and delivering market feedback to shape territory growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Visit independent repair shops and accounts to build relationships and drive growth.
• Represent Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as the local field contact for workshops.
• Identify and onboard Workshop Partner prospects and promote loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull by educating on product coverage and distributor pathways.
• Support field campaigns, events, and product demonstrations.
• Capture visit details and opportunities in Bosch systems and reporting tools.
• Provide market intelligence on competition and opportunities.
• Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and sales leadership for follow-ups.
• Maintain a disciplined territory routine with planning and reporting.
