Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in Dallas, TX seeks a field sales professional to grow the workshop network across North America. You will visit independent repair shops, communicate Bosch value, onboard new Workshop Partners, and drive parts availability and loyalty program participation.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive aftermarket sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel extensively. ASE certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; travel extensively within NA.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• ASE certification or hands-on automotive service knowledge.
• Fluent in local language(s), verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits to independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships.
• Represent Bosch as local field contact for workshops and communicate program benefits.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard Workshop Partner prospects and promote loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on product coverage and channels.
• Coordinate field campaigns, events, training, and product demonstrations.
• Capture visit details and opportunities in Bosch systems.
• Provide market intelligence from the field to internal teams.
• Partner with distributors, agencies, and sales leadership to coordinate follow-ups.
