Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Wind Farm Service Technician to ensure quality, safety, and customer service on site for the Siemens Wind Service organization. The role involves traveling between sites, working with electro-technical and hydraulic machinery, and developing field procedures to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have an associates degree or vocational training, ability to travel, and comfort ascending heights.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or 1–2 years of vocational tech training preferred; HS diploma required.
• Ability to ascend heights up to 250 feet or greater and work in confined spaces; color discernment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and meet safety weight requirements.

• Demonstrates initiative and motivation to learn new technology and translate learning into personal success.
• Travel to multiple sites; travel expected 25%.
• Learn basic electrical/mechanical skills and operate electro-technical and hydraulic machinery.
