Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to protect homes and businesses by preventing wildlife intrusion and performing essential repairs.

You will inspect properties, install exclusion barriers, and perform minor roof and siding repairs. The role requires field work, problem-solving, and a commitment to safe, humane wildlife management with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with multiple software applications; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers.
• Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Utilize trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain records of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scope with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
