Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces, to identify wildlife entry points and potential vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas where wildlife may gain entry.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless and positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns or recommendations.
