Job summary

Fronius USA seeks a Field Sales Representative to advance welding technology solutions across the USA. You will lead solution-based discussions, perform on-site demonstrations, and nurture relationships with weld operators, engineers and managers to drive upgrades and new equipment purchases.

Travel is regular; you will develop account plans, manage CRM data, and coordinate with regional leadership to hit growth targets while delivering business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales preferred with welding/tech focus.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly across the USA and work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows and site visits.
• Demonstrates welding equipment and conducts product trials on-site or at Fronius USA facilities.
• Develops account plans and maintains CRM records for leads and opportunities.
• Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Serves as a trusted welding consultant to guide solution choices for customers.
