Job summary

ARC3 GASES Inc. is seeking a Welder Repair & Service Technician in Lynchburg, VA to provide technical service and support for welding equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, and improving equipment usage for Arc3 customers and sales teams.

Required are a high school diploma (technical education preferred) and 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or electronics experience with strong communication skills. Travel to branches weekly and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education preferred (welding engineering tech or related).
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or electronics experience required.
• Reading wiring diagrams and electrical schematics is preferred.
• Experience interacting directly with customers is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and service Arc3 welding and metalworking equipment.
• Use product knowledge to diagnose issues and improve customer operations.
• Travel weekly to branches for service calls and support.
• Assist branches in installation, assembly, and delivery of equipment.
• Maintain safety procedures, paperwork, and shop cleanliness.
