Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lay out pieces per blueprints, schematics or work orders.
• Weld, surface, fabricate, and repair parts using manual/semi-automatic/automatic equipment.
• Position pieces in jigs using measuring tools and fixtures.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Observe safety practices and maintain records.
• Duties may include other crafts as requested by supervisor.
