Job summary

Betenbough Homes is seeking a Warranty Technician in Texas to diagnose concerns, coordinate repairs, and ensure homeowners feel heard after moving in.

You'll manage work orders, communicate with trade partners, and perform repairs with a focus on quality, safety, and customer care in a field-based environment.

Typically 45–50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation; some nights/weekends possible. You’ll lift 20–75 pounds and work in active construction environments daily.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and empathy with homeowners.
• Ability to diagnose issues and coordinate repairs across trades.
• Organize and manage multiple work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty needs with professionalism, empathy, and a desire to help.
• Inspect warranty concerns and determine next steps; perform repairs or coordinate with trades.
• Manage work orders, appointments, supplies, and trade partner schedules using company systems.
• Perform assigned warranty repairs and inspect work to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with trade partners to communicate expectations and complete repairs.
• Anticipate homeowner and partner needs to keep work moving forward.
