Job summary

GSK Oncology is seeking a Field Vice President, Market Access Field Oncology Strategic Accounts, to lead a regional team that shapes and executes oncology strategy across health systems, cancer centers, and community accounts in the US.

You will coach directors, drive go‑to‑market plans, align cross‑functional partners, and monitor KPIs to deliver sustained growth while advancing patient access and formulary inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years leading/managing a team.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles working in Oncology.
• Account management experience in complex settings at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Strategic Oncology Account Directors.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.
• Engage with C/D‑Suite decision makers across major cancer centers.
• Align brand, access, and account strategies to drive growth.
• Monitor KPIs like patient access, formulary status, and pathways.
