Job summary

IDEXX in Denton, TX is seeking a Professional Services Veterinarian to consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols and promote IDEXX products and testing. You will collaborate with sales, provide technical training, and support field teams to enhance growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a DVM (or equivalent) with 5–8 years in veterinary medicine, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 75% with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent is required.
• Advanced degree or board certification is preferred.
• Typically 5–8 years of experience in veterinary industry/practice.
• Licensed to practice in at least one state is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols to promote growth and utilization of IDEXX products and testing.
• Represent IDEXX to customers and academia, hosting seminars and continuing education sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales and other IDEXX areas to provide medical support and training.
• Create and review technical materials and present medical topics to varied audiences.
