IDEXX is seeking a Professional Services Veterinarian to consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols that promote growth of IDEXX products and testing. You will represent IDEXX to customers and academia, hosting seminars and continuing education sessions.

You will partner with the Sales organization to provide medical support, train staff, review technical materials, and present medical topics to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent required.
• Licensed to practice in at least one state is a plus.
• Typically, 5–8 years of experience in the veterinary industry or practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols.
• Represent IDEXX to customers and academia; host seminars and continuing education sessions.
• Partner with Sales to provide medical support and training, market trials, and other activities.
• Create and review technical materials; present medical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Support IDEXX Training Department with materials and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with IDEXX SOPs and handle client questions and administrative duties.
• Adhere to IDEXX values and drive professional excellence.
• Travel up to 75% (four days in the field, one day work from home); company vehicle provided.
• Hold a valid driver’s license; extended hours may be required.
