Job summary

Medtronic plc in San Antonio is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical, technical, and procedural support for vascular therapies across a diverse customer base.

You will partner with sales, educate physicians and healthcare teams, manage inventory, and help drive therapy adoption while supporting case coverage in the field. This role requires travel up to 50% and occasional evening/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of healthcare or related experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare or related field.
• 2 years of military experience with honorable discharge.
• Valid driver's license with active insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Territory San Antonio up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, technical, and procedural support for vascular therapies.
• Deliver case coverage and procedural guidance to physicians and healthcare teams during procedures.
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, product demonstrations, and clinical discussions.
• Partner with sales representatives and business partners to support territory objectives and customer engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, address product and therapy questions, and communicate market insights to internal teams.
