Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide clinical, technical, and product support for our vascular portfolio across Wisconsin. You will assist physicians, support complex procedures, and help expand access to innovative therapies that improve patient lives daily.

The role requires travel up to 50% within the territory, including potential evening/weekend coverage. Residence in Milwaukee, Green Bay, or nearby is needed with a valid driver’s license and compliant driving

Competenze

• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Mansioni

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio, partnering with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate customers through one‑on‑one training, in‑service programs, case support, and conference participation to drive therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross‑functional partners to execute district plans and support revenue growth.
• Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases on short notice.
• Build long‑term relationships with physicians and administrators to expand customer engagement and therapy utilization.
• Identify customer needs, address objections, and relay market feedback to shape sales strategies.
• Manage inventory performance across accounts and coordinate product launches and field initiatives.
• Support operational activities including inventory management and training initiatives.
