Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for new PVH vascular therapies in a field role with extensive travel. You will train physicians, deliver procedural guidance, and help integrate new technologies with the Vascular Field organization.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required and travel up to 70% of the time. Strong clinical background in neurovascular devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and 8+ years clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment OR
• Associate’s degree and 6+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support to ensure safe, consistent outcomes across vascular technologies.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance for physicians utilizing PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other therapies.
• Train, educate, and support physicians and staff on new therapies and procedures.
• Support account strategy, opportunity prioritization, and feedback to sales leadership.
