Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a field-focused Inspector to join our team. You will learn pole inspection procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards while traveling extensively to customer sites.

This hands-on role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical endurance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You will contribute to maintenance planning and accurately report field data to support our safety and reliability goals.

Qualifications

Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 40 lbs.
Demonstrate leadership and professional conduct on-site.

Responsibilities

Undergo training to understand basics of utility pole inspections and safety protocols.
Learn and follow inspection procedures to evaluate pole condition.
Assist in identifying issues and contributing to maintenance plans.
Complete inspection records and report according to codes and regulations.
Collect field data and perform daily and weekly reporting.
Maintain records on tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment.
