Osmose Utilities Services in New Jersey seeks a field pole inspector to ensure safety and reliability of wooden utility poles. You will train on inspection procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards while traveling extensively.

This full-time role requires outdoor work, a valid driver's license, background check and ability to lift up to 40 lbs; travel may be lengthy and lodging provided.

Formación

• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrate leadership and responsibility for safe operations.
• Maintain professional attitude when representing the company.

Responsabilidades

• Undergo training to understand basics of pole inspections.
• Learn inspection procedures to evaluate pole condition.
• Assist in identifying issues and contribute to maintenance plans.
• Complete inspection records and report to regulations.
• Collect field data and perform daily/weekly reporting.
• Maintain records on tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
