Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is hiring field locators to locate underground utilities nationwide. You will work in the field with a company vehicle and equipment, marking locations and documenting each locate with photos.

Training is 100% paid, and opportunities for advancement exist within a safety-focused team. We welcome individuals who enjoy independent field work, have a strong sense of public safety, and can handle overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and maps.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).

Responsibilities

• Correctly locate underground utilities and mark locations.
• Thoroughly search designated areas and photograph each locate.
• Complete necessary documentation and reference locate tickets.
• Work daytime, full-time with potential overtime and on-call shifts.
